Jon and Vinny
Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo are two of Los Angeles’ most acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs and now the newest additions to Delta’s culinary team. Their menu for Delta features dishes inspired by many of the must-have offerings at their local hot spots, including James Beard Award winning Animal, Son of a Gun and Jon & Vinny’s. Shook and Dotolo are known for wowing guests at their restaurants through diverse offerings and familiar flavors presented in bold, unexpected ways. In keeping with Delta’s ethos of using local, fresh and seasonal ingredients, the LA duo’s onboard menus are sourced from area farmers and purveyors.
